Occasionally, we encounter customers who are entirely new to the welding field and require extensive one on one technical help from Mike.

While we happily provide 10-15 minutes of technical assistance with/prior to purchase, if you’re new to welding and need someone to teach you the basics before attempting to use our products, we now offer 1-hour technical support packages.
